Gasoline
I jumped into a pool of gasoline
Lit a match
And set myself on fire
I watched myself scream
I had no choice
but to let it in
Brought myself to an end
So that I could begin again
At one point I tasted death on my tongue
And
I was scared
Scared how everything In my body
told me to run
Run to the river
To put the flames out
But I stayed
Feeling every ounce of pain
Until there was nothing left of me
I stayed
Until I could see
Who it is
Who I am
Who is she?
